I finished my Bachelor's Degree in English Studies back in 2001, and later on I became an Executive Assistant, a Communicator and a Sherlock Holmes of talent search. I have a +15 year proven track record in both big and small companies in different industries: education, human resources, big data, entrepreneurship... in Spain, UK and USA. Experiences that made me become who I am today. I am particularly interested in projects related to sustainability, education, health, and people within organisations. Also projects that use technology to make a better world. On a personal note, I love wheels (bicycles and rollerblades, mainly), after-hiking picnics, art, dance and drama lessons. A Virtual Assistant is a qualified person who works remotely. The VA has a similar profile to that of an Administrative/Secretary, helping Management, but also a whole team. Absolutely! I am flexible and adapt to your organisation, however I do not: 1. Answer the phone for you (vs a call centre) 2. I can manage your invoices, but I don't keep the accounts or manage your taxes 3. I am not a Community Manager, although I can occasionally post something on your social media and even make advertising creativities 4. I am an executive assistant (vs personal assistant). I am here to help you grow your business, not to run personal errands or buy presents for your family (although, if we end up working together and start knowing each other, I may give you some ideas, if necessary).
When I send you the three pack options available, I will alson send you a confidentiality agreement: both parties commit to not revealing any piece of information related to a project or quote to any person/company unrelated to the matter in hand. You signed the sheet where you choose your pack (basic, intermediate or advanced), you sign the confidentiality agreement back and make a transfer to the account number provided. After that we will meet to establish our work system: organisation, communication, tools... And we will start taking your business to the next level!
I consider every month working for you as a project. We will be adjusting and tuning it so that our collaboration is as tailored to your needs as possible. You like to know how much you are paying, but you also love flexibility. And I take pride in providing my clients with an all round service.
