I finished my Bachelor's Degree in English Studies back in 2001, and later on I became an Executive Assistant, a Communicator and a Sherlock Holmes of talent search. I have a +15 year proven track record in both big and small companies in different industries: education, human resources, big data, entrepreneurship... in Spain, UK and USA. Experiences that made me become who I am today. I am particularly interested in projects related to sustainability, education, health, and people within organisations. Also projects that use technology to make a better world. On a personal note, I love wheels (bicycles and rollerblades, mainly), after-hiking picnics, art, dance and drama lessons. Reading and music are my non-negotiable hobbies. My close ones know me as Ladywriter, the pseudonym I use in my personal blog (, where I feel free to write about topics I have an interest in.

Absolutely! I am flexible and adapt to your organisation, however I do not: 1. Answer the phone for you (vs a call centre) 2. I can manage your invoices, but I don't keep the accounts or manage your taxes 3. I am not a Community Manager, although I can occasionally post something on your social media and even make advertising creativities 4. I am an executive assistant (vs personal assistant). I am here to help you grow your business, not to run personal errands or buy presents for your family (although, if we end up working together and start knowing each other, I may give you some ideas, if necessary).

When I send you the three pack options available, I will alson send you a confidentiality agreement: both parties commit to not revealing any piece of information related to a project or quote to any person/company unrelated to the matter in hand. You signed the sheet where you choose your pack (basic, intermediate or advanced), you sign the confidentiality agreement back and make a transfer to the account number provided. After that we will meet to establish our work system: organisation, communication, tools... And we will start taking your business to the next level!

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT 1. HIRING PROCESS 5.1 What services do I offer? Asynchronous services in which Laura Argüeso reserves the client's right of admission. Depending on the scope of the task, it will be necessary a minimum of 48 hours in advance to be able to facilitate the service. Please note that, Unless specified, it will be the client the who to provide the technological tool or a prior agreement will be reached in this regard. Services may include: Administrative and documentation tasks, including: Document organisation Billing CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, Active Campaign…) Internet research Implementation of protocols for effective management: mail, Dropbox... Asynchronous inbox management*: email, LinkedIn... and task creation Professional management Collaborator search Editing/correction of texts… Sales communication, email marketing and blogging, including: Preparation of presentations: one pager, investor deck… SEO oriented post writing Blog content calendarisation Email marketing: newsletters and campaigns (Mailchimp, Active Campaign…) Conducting surveys Writing press releases Advert scriptwriting Audio and video transcription Pre-selection of talent, including: Drafting and publication of the text of the offer (based on the needs and salary specified by the client himself) Profile search CV filtering Candidate shortlisting First interview and ranking with report Preparation of onboarding documentation Support for internationalisation Management of visas and official documentation Travel and expenses management Company establishment tasks Supplier search and liaison Management of professionals... 6. ECONOMIC CONDITIONS AND METHOD OF PAYMENT 6.2. Payment Methods Payment will be made through any of the following means: By bank transfer to the account of Laura Argüeso specified in the order form and issued invoice. PAYMENT CONDITIONS I currently have three packs available: Basic Pack: corresponding to 10 hours of services (all services included) Intermediate Pack: corresponding to 30 hours of services (all services included) Advanced Pack: corresponding to 40 hours of services (all services included) If this investment endangers your economy, it is better that you do not hire and wait for another time when you have the ability to invest. The price you will see is the price without VAT, if you are based in Spain 21% will be added at the end but you can declare it so that the Treasury returns it to you. I will send an invoice and if you live in Spain or Europe it will be broken down with the corresponding taxes. Therefore, the investment in the service is NOT reimbursed if you decide to give up before finishing the pack or other priorities arise. It is important that you communicate with me, that you take advantage of my help and that you dedicate time to give me feedback, especially at the beginning, until we acquire the working procedure together. 7. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY Laura Argüeso by itself or as an assignee, is the owner of all the intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as the elements contained therein (by way of example, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.), owned by Laura Argüeso or its licensors. The results depend exclusively on the company that hires my services. That being said, all the testimonials presented on my website are real and can be verified upon request. The level of success in achieving my results depends on: The level of transparency about the current situation of the client company and its processes, current situation and future objectives. Establishing the appropriate amount of time (pack) necessary for the implementation of my support services in the business. The client knowing exactly what he/she is looking for to relieve them of non-strategic tasks. That the appropriate documentation, apps, or other tools are shared with me to carry out my work. These factors vary from company to company, so I cannot guarantee your success or level of income and I am not responsible for any of your actions. 10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The Client is not granted the right of withdrawal (money refund) of the contracting made in the case of digital services. Regarding the services, no right of withdrawal will be offered once the service has begun to be developed. If you want to cancel the hired service, as long as the service has not started, you can do so up to 48 hours before the service starts and 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. In the event that the service has started, the amount paid will not be returned. MECHANISM TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The right of withdrawal may be exercised by email sent to, subject reading: "Termination of Collaboration Agreement between (name of the company) and Laura Argüeso (Karmaleónica)". EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY Laura Argüeso cannot guarantee the technical continuity of the Website or email, the absence of failure or service interruptions or that it will be available or accessible one hundred percent of the time, for reasons beyond its control, or causes fortuitous and/or force majeure, viruses, computer attacks and/or actions of third parties that cause the total or partial impossibility of providing the services as well as other unforeseeable causes such as the incorrect functioning of the Internet. 12. CAUSES FOR DISSOLUTION OF THE CONTRACT The dissolution of the service contract can occur at any time by either party. You are not bound by conditions of permanence with Laura Argüeso if you are not satisfied with the service. Laura Argüeso may terminate or suspend any and/or all Services contracted with her immediately, without prior notice or liability, in the event that you, as a CLIENT, do not comply with the conditions set forth herein. Upon termination of the contract, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. The following will be causes for dissolution of the contract: False information, in whole or in part, in the data supplied during the contracting process of any service. Alter, circumvent, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or alter in any way the security technology provided by Laura Argüeso. Also cases of abuse of modification services by requiring more hours than those established in the agreement. False and unfounded opinions with the intention of discrediting the owner of the products or services purchased. Any breach established throughout the conditions. The dissolution implies the loss of your rights to the hired service. 14. LANGUAGE The language of these conditions and of the website is in Spanish (Spain).
